The collection contains nine product lines, each limited to 100 pieces. That is a maximum of 900 garments and accessories across Founders Drop 001.
Numbers run from 001/100 to 100/100. Unless specifically offered later, customers cannot select a particular number.
Adding an item to the basket does not reserve stock. An order will become confirmed only after secure checkout is active, payment succeeds and an order confirmation is issued.
If a paid item cannot be supplied, the customer will be contacted and refunded.
The target is to dispatch confirmed orders within 5–7 working days. Checkout will open only when production and fulfilment can reasonably support that promise.
Any material delay will be communicated using the email address supplied with the order.
Planned UK tracked-delivery bands are:
The final charge is shown before payment. Remote-location or international delivery is not currently included.
Customers may normally cancel an online goods order and notify us up to 14 days after delivery. Returned products must then be sent back within the applicable return period, unworn and handled only as necessary to inspect them.
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise not as promised, the customer is responsible for ordinary return-postage costs.
Legal rights for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods are not reduced by these store details. Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs where relevant.
When activated, payment will be processed through Stripe. The ALM Podcast website will receive the order information required to fulfil the purchase but will not receive the customer’s full card number. Delivery and order details will be used to fulfil the order, provide service messages and meet legal and accounting responsibilities.
